Our team helps restore family stories of service, mount, or re-mount existing medals, replace worn ribbons, and provide quality replica medals, clasps and bars.

- Responding to customer enquiries regarding medal restoration and mounting services
- Our medal mounters work to mount medals, create ribbon bars, and help restore original medals by hand
- General admin and follow-ups

Are you excited to work with a close-knit team to help preserve service and family histories to bring beloved medal sets to life? We're looking for a Medal Team Member to join our growing medals team. You'll be coordinating with customer service, retail, distribution, and sales to help manage medal mounting and restoration jobs, providing information to incoming customers, and helping to manage customer enquiries from the customer service team.
