Our HR & Admin Department are responsible for keeping our ship running smoothly. Overseeing all HR queries and issues for our team, and taking on Administration requirements for our business and office, this team keeps our organisation a well-oiled machine.
Responsible for all required paperwork and onboarding requirements for new hires and current employees, working to always improve our workspace, following up on administrative tasks as required and so much more, this department is a versatile and dynamic team!
THE DAY-TO-DAY
\- Leading the administrative requirements for the business
- Collect and organise documents from new starters and employees per business requirements
- General HR and admin duties including posting job ads, answering general queries, and managing the recruitment email account
